The offending animal, whom neighbours have named Bruce, also pulled a king-sized mattress out of her garage and ripped it up.
iTunes App Store Confirmation Dialog

With the release of iTunes 8, I’m now seeing a confirmation dialog box when I purchase an app from the iTunes App Store.
This important feature was missing from previous versions, and its absence lent itself to the accidental purchase of expensive applications “by mistake,” a topic I wrote about a few weeks ago.
Delivery Status Touch

One of my very favorite Dashboard widgets, Delivery Status, is – at long last – available as an iPhone app.
Delivery Status Touch lets you track packages from UPS, FedEx, USPS, and the rest of them. You can also track orders directly from Apple and Amazon before the orders actually ship. The app can automatically show your package’s location in Google Maps.
Here’s the best part: Delivery Status Touch makes it easy for to get your tracking numbers despite the iPhone’s lack of cut-and-paste. How? You can send tracking numbers from the Dashboard widget (which is free) right to your iPhone.
Very nice.
