Your mother-in-law tells of a Korean man who was allergic to peaches. Frustrated by his condition, he gathered together bushels of the sweet fruit and began eating them and rubbing them across his body — the soft, pulpy meat of the peaches staining his clothing and stinging and skin.
Afterwards, he was no longer allergic.
