Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Skillet
If you’re searching for a non-stick alternative due to the “unknowns” surrounding the potential health-risks of teflon, I’d like to recommend this enameled cast iron skillet from Le Creuset.
You don’t have to season them like a traditional cast iron pan, and they’re nicely non-stick. It’s true that they might not be as non-stick as a teflon pan, they come with far fewer health concerns. Le Creuset produces and paints their cookware in large part by hand, and the quality really shows, down to the very cool paint job.
Update: People are asking me if these work well with eggs. I cook eggs in it several times a week, works great.
